At Kashmir Watan Foodstores, we strive to ensure the highest quality for all our grocery and specialty items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and include all labels; please note that perishable goods cannot be returned for food safety reasons.

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the return to receive your Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items along with your original receipt or proof of purchase to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Ship

  Bring your package to any Kashmir Watan Foodstores location or ship it back to our central warehouse using a tracked courier service.
